1. Order Processing Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within the continental United States only.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
Large or bulk orders may ship via freight carrier and could require additional handling time.
Free or discounted shipping promotions (when offered) apply only to standard ground service.

4. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 business days, email us at info@svseed.com and include your order number.

5. Freight Deliveries

Orders exceeding 100 lb may be shipped via freight carrier.

Freight deliveries require someone present to accept and sign for the delivery.
If liftgate service or farm delivery access is needed, please note this at checkout or contact us before shipment.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take great care to package seed for safe delivery, but sometimes things happen:

Damaged on arrival? Contact info@svseed.com within 5 business days with photos and order details.
Lost package? We’ll work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement when possible.

Dove Destroyer is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or weather conditions.

7. Local Pickup or Dealer Delivery (Optional)

If you’re near one of our partner dealers or regional warehouses, local pickup may be available.

8. International Shipping

At this time, Dove Destroyer does not offer international shipping.
