Dove Destroyer Shipping Policy
Effective Date: October 23, 2026
This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders placed on www.dovedestroyer.com (the "Website"). Dove Destroyer is a brand of Seed Ventures LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company ("Dove Destroyer," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy is part of our Terms & Conditions at www.dovedestroyer.com/terms-and-conditions. If anything in this policy conflicts with the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions control.
1. When Your Order Ships
Early orders. Orders placed during our early order period, December 1–30, 2026 (ending December 30, 2026 at 11:00 PM Central Standard Time), ship in one of two shipping windows. You choose your window from a required drop-down at checkout:
• January 25–29, 2027; or
• March 1–5, 2027.
All other orders. All other orders ship on the Monday after the order date. If that Monday is a holiday, your order ships the next business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Rates and Destinations
• Orders placed through December 30, 2026 at 11:00 PM Central Standard Time ship free.
• Starting December 31, 2026, shipping is a flat $20 per order.
• Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
• We currently ship only within the continental United States: the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses.
• Large or bulk orders may ship via freight carrier and could require additional handling time.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
After your order ships, typical carrier transit times are:
• Southern U.S.: 3–5 business days (UPS or FedEx Ground)
• Midwest: 3–7 business days (UPS or FedEx Ground)
• East Coast: 5–8 business days (UPS or FedEx Ground)
• West / Mountain States: 7–10 business days (UPS, FedEx, or LTL Freight)
Ship dates and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or peak season volume.
4. Order Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey. If you haven't received tracking details within 5 business days after your scheduled ship date or shipping window, email us at info@svseed.com and include your order number.
5. Freight Deliveries
• Orders exceeding 100 lb may be shipped via freight carrier.
• Freight deliveries require someone present to accept and sign for the delivery.
• If liftgate service or farm delivery access is needed, please note this at checkout or contact us before shipment.
6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Shipments
We take great care to package seed for safe delivery, but sometimes things happen.
• Damaged in shipping or wrong item? Contact info@svseed.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photos where helpful. We will review your request and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
• Lost package? Contact info@svseed.com and we'll work with the carrier to help locate it. Risk of loss passes to you when we hand your order off to the carrier.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Dove Destroyer is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control, or for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
7. Local Pickup or Dealer Delivery (Optional)
If you're near one of our partner dealers or regional warehouses, local pickup may be available. Contact info@svseed.com before checkout to confirm availability and scheduling.
8. International Shipping
At this time, Dove Destroyer does not offer international shipping. We currently serve customers within the continental United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.) only.
9. No Returns – All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged in shipping or you receive the wrong item, see Section 6.
